As a Humanitarian Assistance Advisor at USAID, he honed his expertise in strategic planning, high-stakes negotiations, and interagency coordination. Jeff provides insights on strategic decision-making, negotiations, and organizational development. 

 Johnny Maldonado is a healthcare business strategist with deep expertise in growth initiatives, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement. At Kaiser Permanente, he has led strategic business development, negotiations, and high-impact initiatives to drive organizational success. At Gainwell Technologies, he played a key role in developing AI-driven solutions for population health management and workflow optimization.
